Terms & conditions

Skyrocket Your Team (hereinafter "SYT") agrees to provide, and the Client agrees to buy SYT's Online Escape Room for Team building offering (hereinafter the “service”) and related services on the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement comprises: Section A (Key Details, including products & services, pricing and signature, shown in the invoice); and Section B (General Terms, shown in this page).

SYT obligations

  1. To provide the client with all the information that will ensure the successful delivery of the service.
  2. To provide the client with access to the service on the agreed date of delivery.
  3. To provide support to the client in case of any technical difficulty.
  4. In the case of client’s opting for additional services, to provide live facilitation by our Certified Adult Educator, room master and technical support.

SYT shall not be deemed liable for:

  1. The absence of one or more participants from the Client’s side at the date of service.
  2. The technical difficulties from the Client’s side at the date of service, including lack of technical equipment and/or internet connection.
  3. Any performance-related issue.
  4. Client’s inability to use the service.
The Client understands and accepts that SYT shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, however arising, that result from
The Customer’s use of or inability to use the Service;
  • The Service generally or the software or systems that make the Service available;
  • Unauthorized access to or alterations of the Customer’s transmissions or data;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.
SYT shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond SYT’s reasonable control. The maximum liability of SYT is limited to the amount that is equal to the fees the Client paid to SYT for the Service.
The Client understands and accepts that SYT shall not be liable for the actions of the participants.
SYT shall provide the Service “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Without limiting this, SYT expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Service, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

Client obligations:

  1. General use: The client and its personnel must:
    1. use the Services in accordance with the Agreement solely for:
      1. the Client’s own internal business purposes for team building; and  
      2. lawful purposes; and
    2. not resell or make available the Services to any third party, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services; and
    3. not reverse engineer, interrupt or virus-infuse the system.
  2. Technical provisions:
    1. The client must ensure that all of the team members participating on the service have a computer connected to a stable internet connection and functional audio and webcam. The service cannot be utilised via smartphone or tablet.
    2. SYT has the right to unilaterally set the requirements.


  3. Confidentiality:
    1. The client agrees to not reveal the technical details and/or solutions of the escape room to any third party.

The client allows Skyrocket Your Team to share the client’s name and logo (for marketing purposes in presentations, videos, social media, website and other platforms) to show that they are customers of Skyrocket Your Team’s services.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

For the facilitated version:

  • A one time courtesy reschedule is possible with notice up to 48 hours before the event takes place. Last minute rescheduling will incur a fee of 50€ per reschedule.
  • In case of partial no show, if the client or the participants agree to carry on with the service (with no less than 3 participants per group), they can do so at no additional charge.
